Jodie's Groom Room provides private, practical dog-grooming education and training.

Course completion does not guarantee:

Official consumer complaint forms—hojas de reclamaciones—are available to consumers at our establishment in accordance with the requirements applicable in the Comunitat Valenciana.

Where a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, we will provide the information concerning an appropriate accredited alternative dispute-resolution entity and state whether we are required or willing to participate in its procedure, as required by applicable law.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not referenced as an active complaints service.
